I just mean this ain't Solomon's first rodeo. Is it possible they announce "We still plan to pay a dividend of 5 cents per share to common shareholders" then do reverse split to get the price up to $4, issue 1 million shares at $4 to raise $4 million, then there are only 4 million total shares and they pay 5 cents per share ($200,000 instead of $2,000,000)?
