Oh yes there are shorts....hence when it hit 0.0114 they shorted...nature of penny stock....are you forgetting the one in south florida that got caught? he had shorted LIGA years ago...A tactic is to search on breakout boards for high flyers with no reasoning in price rise then short em and walk....shorts love it when companies go BK. Now with this I wouldn't short it, just my opinion. And I will say I have a considerable amount holding and place GTC order around 0.25
