I'm in a similar situation. I have to start selling (some) by the end of July. I also need a double from current levels to be safe for the rest of the year.

My focus is entirely on the stock dividend. As it has been for quite some time. The cash dividends is just a way to support the stock and who knows, good things could lead to other good things.

The lawsuits is each to their own. The people who already sold or who were forced to sell certainly have a right to sue. But they won't be getting any help from me now.
