Last question. Can you help explain the number given for the fully diluted shares? I subtract the OS from this, then divided by 15,000 to convert the common shares into preferred shares. Comes to approximately 1,161,666 preferred shares.

Goes back to an earlier question about how can the fully diluted amount be greater than the authorized share count of 8.8 billion?
