I disagreed with his Cash for Clunkers.

Controversial maybe, but somewhat effective. Consider the staggering job losses that preceded his inauguration, and the fact that we were about to lose the auto industry... or that the world itself was staring off the cliff.

I've posted a chart of the jobs numbers below.

His "shovel-ready" lies for infrastructure spending.

Bullshit on that. There were a lot of projects that red state governor's canceled. I'll point to high speed rail that was canceled in Florida and the tunnel under the Hudson River, the money for which Chris Christie just frittered awy on his own pet projects. Those would have pumped billions into the main street economy.

At any rate, they were aspirational, and Obama only got half the the stimulus he asked for. He still made it work. And "lies" is not just unkind, it's really rich coming from a Trump supporter

His blatant recruiting to increase the user rolls for SNAP.

You can offer some evidence... (was it as blatant as Bush's speech to the homebuilders association? http://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/ws/?pid=64585)

I can't understand how Christians hate the idea of feeding people.

The food stamps lie is also bullshit, and you should be at least mindful of the history of racist dog whistling behind it

"correct that the number of people on food stamps has reached an all-time high. Of course, the economic aftershocks of the Great Recession, which was in full force before Obama took office, has a lot to do with that fact. There often is a time lag between when economic disaster strikes and when people begin to apply for food-stamp assistance. "

In other words, when 5 or 6 million people lose their jobs, there's going to be some support needed in the near future

I did not like the politicization of the DOJ either.

You could provide some examples. In light of the crap going on at the moment that seems a bit insane on the face of it.

And his missed calls in foreign policy.

Yeah... whatever. We were pretty well respected in the world under Obama. It's a complicated place. No one gets it 100%. If you think you can do better, you should get in the ring.

But, other than that, I miss his respect for the Office of the Presidency.
Something we do not have right now.

I'll give you that. Respect for the country too for chrissake.

In other words, I am sorta NOT a 100% Trump supporter.

yeah.... ok
