I agree with you. My opinion is that the merger will be accomplished. Dynamis has put a lot of money into FDEP and the merger process. The same is true on the Freestone side. Both parties need the merger to recoup their investments.

The process of auditing a private company to bring it up to the required standards for a public company is more difficult and time consuming than many people understand. I think that has been true for Dynamis.
