I read ALL of what is posted, not just bits and pieces - which is why it’s imperative to do thorough DD first and then provide the factual results. Otherwise it’s merely a baseless claim with no factual data to support it.

Many stocks do NOT find a way, dina. ARCI did NOT receive a notice because of a $1 deficiency. It received a notice because they had NOT filed their 10-K. That is a FACT, there is a difference between the two.

FYI, the great majority of Stocks which trade on the OTC are scams as well. That’s the cesspool in which Pojunis has decided to play - It’s not surprising in the least.
