However Brad did say he would like to get an approval form the share holder before any r/s were to be made. I think we all realize by now that management wants to be a NASDAQ stock by the end of 2019 and to get there a r/s will have to be done. Normally a r/s in Pinkie land it terrible for the stock but for a company going from Pinkie Land to the NASDAQ.
To move up a company has to go through all the requirements of NASDAQ which are tough to do so when this happens the company is going to have increasing Rev's, confident and experienced management team and with a business plan all approve by NASDAQ. What I'm getting at is there companies after doing a r/s normally increase in stock price, not decrease.... All good here...
