Do you understand that a lot of the dilution had to do with purchasing The Hopp company, right?
$HAON sold shares to pay for The Hopp Company.
Since that purchase, $HAON has not diluted.
Since that purchase, $HAON has bought back 6,500,000 shares on the open market.
This “cashless buyback” you tout is not a thing. A quick google search shows how unestablished it is. It honestly looks like a con. No intelligent business would partake.
