There will eventually be borrowing but it is unheard of to see a reverse merger of this magnitude to occur without a cloud of debt hanging over shareholders. Wang put in a couple million of his own cash plus the ZJMY companies which are basically debt free to get this all started.

And we know that Wang is frugal in his spending habits per RO, so I expect him to be conscious of the bottom line and not incur losses as the business model matures. Exciting times!
