Your theory doesn't explain why this wasn't shut down when all of the OTC-JBZY filings, the WySOS filings, the Federal court case, the audited 2013 financials, the name change, the long FINRA delay, the RS and all the other things that this company has done. If one PR can get this shut down, what do you think that falsely using Dequn Wang's name, and filing all of the above fraudulently, would have done to this stock. Nothing has shut this stock down because everything that has been done has been legit. There are reasons why the financials are taking this long. I am not privy to that information, but sorry, I don't see any scam. This is a real company with real products and a real business plan that is being carried out methodically to reach their goals.
