That's not how these scams work. They can't dilute 1,000,000 shares per day and they know that. They just feed in whatever the bid can support. If they can pull down $100 - $500 per day then it's working for them.

There's only one reason to take the share structure dark. One reason only. Hint: It hasn't got anything to do with up-listing.
