8:53am 09/08/03 treasurys lower as increased debt forecasts weigh ($TNX) By Rachel Koning CHICAGO (CBS.MW) -- U.S. Treasurys were under pressure Monday on anticipation the Bush administration's call for additional terrorism funding will require more government debt issuance. Increased supply is already weighing on the market ahead of auctions this week of now monthly 5- and 10-year securities.
