Correction to previous post. I misunderstood what they were saying in the 10k. They can list as controlled company. If controlled, they're exempt from many corp governance rules. In this light, doubt my theory on buybacks as a way to change controlled status makes sense. Could be just to support the share price. Here's link: Nasdaq rules (I believe NYSE rules are similar.)
