Well, unfortunately, I am 15MM share holder and I got my proxy stuff today (I voted no on all 4 items).... It looks like there are no real plans to reduce authorized shares. It juat seeke like they are just looking for another rinse and repeat.

IMO (In My Opinion) I think you are correct, I doubt my vote will be of any consequence but at least I felt good doing it..

IMO, These guys would be better off paying for another P/D instead of trying me make it seem like a legitimate business.
