Ok so a warrant that trades sub $1 is considered a what then?

A penny warrant.

And guess what? , the only thing that changed today was confirmation and validation that ELEC decided to not extend their liquidation date beyond June 5th.

I didn't even ask for anyone to give me that information. It wasn't requested by me via email. I simply asked what would happen to the warrants in the event the company did not extend the liquidation and stock redemption date.

You all know the information that was sent to me. Many of you received the same response when you emailed them. The company (ELEC) didnt violate Reg FD because, to my knowledge, they haven't said a thing.
