NR says "instituted steps" which means it's a work in progress. Not knowing when RSHN ordered the information makes it difficult to predict this. FWIW, I read on NOBO board ADP promises a 7 day turnaround. DTC? Who can tell, although I'd guess DTC can get that data pretty easily. Ditto the transfer agent.

Bottom line: It could come at ANY time.
