Ding Ding Ding, you are correct. It does not matter what WMIH does in fact of a merger.......Once the FDIC closes their books what ever is left will be sent through LTI, remember one thing, WMI (Old Shareholders) are not listed as a creditor..........We do not know the value of the retained assets or do we know of other assets that could be there. WMIH only received a small portion of the commons share. So what ever happens with NSM only affects WMIH and NSM.....Not old escrows.....Unless they still own shares in WMIH.
