I was just reviewing my voting ballots from 1/31/2012. First line states to write in the number of "Preferred Equity Interests" for voting purposes...and further within whether to Opt Out (pertaining to releases).

Equity interests is clearly THE terminology associated with escrow marker holders.

Accordingly, there is a plausible connection to escrow marker holders that could be made and I truly do hope this to be the case..

To critically analyze this possibility, aside from escrow shares, what other possibilities could purchasing the "Equity Interests" possibly refer to otherwise?
