People who trade the otc and make money are the ones that trade it infrequently and patiently (one virtue I have yet to learn). The dude needs to make money too, although he could probably just charge less though. Like if he had 10 people subscribed he could charge each of them $300 a month, if he had 20 people, then $150 a month for each, 40 people, $75 a month, etc. So he ends up covering his rent and food.

That'd be a cool thing, though I'm pretty sure someone else would offer to pay more for an 'exclusive scanner'. Trading's always about having an edge over someone else. :/
