Excellent observations!!
Warrant holders have shown their willingness to exercise warrants long before expiration and at PPS not much higher than the strike price.
The company has the funding it needs in the warrants. If the company could break the cycle of raises this could start to snowball with warrant exercise. This appeared to be the case in the fall but circumstances changed.
