So just to set the record straight, EGAN 'did NOT sell his shares' because they are restricted under the 144 restrictions????? After months of claiming he did sell his shares this NEW revelation has now just been found????? What about the shares DELFIN bought? If EGAN's shares are restricted then DELFIN's shares must be restricted also???? I believe if someone checks back at posts when this deal was revealed, some already knew this and that is why some were sure he still had his shares. Maybe that is why some believed in the Preferred Super Voting Shares filing is the really true avenue DELFIN is going to pursue! Wonder why EGAN agreed to sell his clean shell for restricted shares he cannot sell? The story dates back into December 2017! JMHO
