This filing means either one of these two things...

Titan wants to go at it alone and this is what it will take.

Or

They will partner. Partnership is a total possibility given their patents on snake and effectors.

In the end, we will come out positive but by how much? It could be super painful if they decide to continue with dilution as they go at it alone or partner up and not get as much bang for the buck.
