Question about the form 4. What is “common stock”? I’m trying to understand where these shares are bought from. Were they purchased out of the existing float or does the company issue these specifically for these guys to buy? The float here is so small anyway, I can’t imagine what this would do to catapult the pps. Thanks in advance for the help...
