I think you have been listening to too much chatter on this board. IMHO, that is what has led you to believe that anything other than JBZY was or will be rolled into the JBZY shell.

This is a holding company and, because it is a holding company, we are assuming that other plates may be rolled in, but we don't know for sure what will be rolled in. Shenzhen Jinbo Investment may not be part of the roll in. We will have to wait and see. We know we have a battery and EV company rolled in based upon all the filings, but that is it.
