If you know anything about business, there was no giveaway. The Chinese Entertainment company paid something for the 95% stake that they own in Shenzhen Jinbo Investment. This is a real existing company that has been doing business for a while. Do you think that they would waste their money in buying their 95% share, if they didn't see value in the transaction? I think not!
