Honestly I hope you are right. If the company is the one buying up shares, then that is very good, but I don't think it is. According to many postings here, there is a group of professional or former professional traders that is basically supporting the share price. so, yes, it would be nice if the right people had the shares, but sadly it's most likely "the group" who will probably dump at the first sign of news, and that is very bad for anyone hoping that this will pay off as big as many hope it will.
