LVVV's shares in APRU are listed in the Current Quarterly Report and this is what I found:

"Other
LiveWire is in the process of agreeing to terms to sell a block of its common stock holdings in the Apple Rush Company back to Apple Rush and subsequently reduce its holdings to under 5% and maintain a non-affiliate status in Apple Rush."

Looks like LVVV is trying to sell the shares and APRU's PPS has been tanking. Not great timing for LVVV but guess they need the money. The cash to keep daily operations going is what I suspect.
