I read up a little on cloud computing and sounded like a programmer would need to learn some new tools but that the changes wouldn't be that extensive.

But cloud computing is an area I've never had to program for.

drag and drop has been around a long time, so not sure what the complexity there is - just simple javascript I think.

I tested the links using browserstack for different devices, browsers and operating systems. Most worked fine. Not sure how one can test for the 'cloud' though. That's out of my league.
