RARS looks good from a technical standpoint. Spikes down to near its 100 ma and recover the last few weeks, riding it's 50 day ma right now. Money flow looking good,,, yada yada... Ill pick up more if it slides down into the 5-6 area and am in alright if news comes out and it takes off. OWVI decent price to get it now but no momentum at the moment. Great you got in low.
