Superficially, Tim would be a DREAM. We must, of course, temper our enthusiasm with the fact that any replacement will also be on a Treasury leash with some specific orders. What will those orders be? That's the real question, regardless who sits in the seat. Still, to see Tim in that seat, would surely give me warm fuzzy feelings as a starting point.
