The whole point of a reverse merger is so the CEO can sell the shell to someone else. That's why she said it's going to add value to shareholders. A better company will take over and she will be out. This happens all the time. Even if she's been a bad CEO but wants out she will at least do the necessary things get out of it. Hence why we have seen a few filings. Unfortunately OTC process is slow.
