FTSOA, let's say they had merged with xinhaimining.com and set up the new website.

why would they do that if a merger wasn't completed yet?

besides, vigil would be screaming it from the mountaintops.

and insiders would have pushed this up.

but, you don't even have the OTC stop sign removed.

and no insider rush.

and no connection between a mine equipment seller and whatever ilst has.
