Some DD on Kenyatto M. (Montez) Jones as I thought he had been involved with RBDC in the past...

Kenyatto Jones was the sole shareholder of GLA International Inc. which was aquired by RBDC back in March of 2009. He was supposed to receive 80% of the outstanding shares depending on specific stipulations but... RBDC filed bankruptcy a few weeks after the acquisition.
