Reg A offerings are instant dilution with deeply discounted immediately free trading shares. So yeah, that's not good for investment.

Otherwise there is a bunch of debt accrued and nothing to show for it except constant fairy tales of grandeur "coming soon so yeah I don't see an investment here, I see a fundamental train wreck.
