Been hearing that Reg A filing nonsense for 4 weeks now. Looks like just another pump by Brad so BMIC could dump his shares. I mean after all this is the third time Brad has claimed a Reg A and never filed one.
As for May 12th I cant imagine another free chat APP is going to turn things around for this pump and dump garbage. There must be 10,000 other chat APPS out by now. Brad really has his timing off on these APP promos he keeps running.
