What about Tony? He seems 100% legit and I do not think he would want his good name forever smeared by maintaining a long-term association/relationship/employment of/by a crook. I can't see him that sense. He surely has witnessed enough events and circumstance in his capacity to be acutely aware of what is/was going on (even if it never had access to the supposedly crooked books and records). So then why has he remained this long If he had such indicators of there being massive fraud around him, wouldn't you think he would've resigned by now?
