my concerns are roughly as follows: 1) It doesn't shutdown the virus production- check the rates/numbers but I think this makes the other stuff of questionable value, 2) I'm not sure that provoking an immune response against serum virus will help ( someone claimed a virus 1/2 life is a few hours, I never checked this but if true seems difficult to compete for noticeable effects), 3) Provoking a phagocyte response against the liver ? I'd like to see some liver function results, not just viral load ( autoimmune liver concerns). 4) Since the only effect it is intended to have is changed receptor from PS to ( the right subtype ) Fc receptor, I'd like to see some indication that they designed it properly- this is quite a trick to get right in any given species. Have they gotten any in vivo data on this yet? Certainly empirical clinical results are more important- I won't argue with a disappearing tumour- but absent that I'd like to see some indication it works as advertised.
