It will certainly be huge for the unnamed foreign investor Newbridge represents. And Newbridge didn't do so badly for itself. The unnamed foreign investor didn't pony up any fees or rights to stocks, but the OWCP executives did pay some upfront fees plus tons of shares.

Up ahead are lots of shares being sold into the market. The purpose of floorless debt is to sell shares. That's how the lender gets his money back plus lots of profit to boot.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
