I know all of that already - what I also know in my opinion is this will all come together very quickly. Wait for the announcement regarding the institutional term sheet and wait for the patent to be approved . There is no way in he** this guy is doing all of this and spending money for no reason. Heck he was a government employee he coulda cashed out on a pension by now if he wanted..... many people don’t remember that. Tom has now begun filing everything in a timely manner and is also paying significant amount of money for audited financials to stay current. This is no where near a share selling scheme , it is simply a puzzle that is nearing completion. A puzzle that many ceo in the OTC would have dreamed of having the capability to put together.
