Equity investors / institutional investors are beginning to flow in. Little to they care about the nonsense that goes on within this board. As far as they are concerned, many on this board are wasting their time IMO. It will go one of 2 ways: share structure will be fixed to benefit current shareholders or current share structure will not be fixed. SEC filings and toms past have nothing to do with it . Either Tom has the right connections to have a massive amount of money pour into this company or he doesn’t. I follow leadership tho especially in penny land , with that being said despite the sec filings I do believe tom will shock a lot of people here in the near future
