BIOC: What do you know about a BIOC Buyout??

BIOC has a strong following at https://stocktwits.com/symbol/BIOC ... Many people posting yet I still cannot figure out when or where about Buyout.
Something to do with a Chinese company?
Waiting for something to happen first?



Seems most everyone is in agreement the stock is very Oversold ..
Good! I like getting in / buying cheap shares BEFORE the big move...
Beats the help out of Buying after the run up, or even during and ride down!! lol

Nice being in Before Earnings ( this Thursday ) and other event coming soon...and take the Full Ride up and not just a piece
