So you are talking about events that occurred decades ago. A friend of ours owned an apartment building back in the late 1970s. One day, an African American male applied to rent one of his apartments. (this was a predominately white neighborhood.)

NOTE: Trump was sued back in Oct. 1973s for not renting to blacks. That was 45 yrs. ago.

Reluctantly he rented to the guy. Soon complaints started coming in from the African American's neighbors about loud late-night parties. Police were called and sent the partygoers home.

It was summer and he had a live-in girlfriend. Neighbors complained to management about yelling, screaming and foul language from the apartment. One afternoon police were called for domestic abuse and found her sitting outside with a battered face and multiple bruises. They arrested him and helped her move her things out of the apartment. She refused to file charges out of fear so he was let go.

Because of his arrest, he was fired from his job as a security guard so he missed his rent payments. It took my friend another 3 months to get him evicted.

When he finally entered the apartment he was shocked to see the amount of damages. Cabinet doors were torn off their hinges, holes in the drywall, cigarette burns in the carpet. Bathroom mirror smashed and garbage everywhere. His security deposit didn't begin to cover it.
It took several months and lots of money to repair the apartment.
He swore he would never rent to another African American and I don't think he did.
