I think that initial market for MRAM would be customized and niche market, not suitable for the mass production of the like of IBM, IFX, Toshiba and MU. MOT is actually a licensee, so if they do develop the technology (they would presumably concentrate in the cell phone market), the merrier it is for NVEC.
