In all honesty, as I’ve done commercial and residential real estate, commercial gets delayed all the time. To me the deal is already done as they would be losing a giant deposit if so.

One month for employee transitions is actually them saying “which jobs are we going to cut and move around” before we close and acquire.
The employees at the Jamestown hospital are most likely going to get cut to turn the company over.

I’ve actually witnessed this at my local hosptial as well when a west coast company came in and bought the hospitals in he area and the other competitor was ARIA health.
