Potentially a project valued $600 Million on the low end being moved into PROP.

Maybe $0.01 or $0.02 is a good entry?

At this point, it's speculation.

But others have ran to over $0.30 just on speculation.

Given that it is in the same industry the likelihood of a merger is amplified and more likely than elsewhere.
