I just reviewed the financials of NVEC for the quarter ended 6/30/03 and the reason profits increased from the prior quarter was due to reducing R&D by 185K and SG&A by 62K. Income for the prior quarter was 88K and if you reduce the current quater by just the decrease in R&D expenditures, income would be 96K. Very strange for a company like this to reduce R&D expenditures in the early stages of development( revenues for the past 4 quarters of 10.1MM). Also current assets less current liabilities is 6.661MM. If the company is to grow it must raise additional capital or debt. This company is for investors who have a high tolerance for risk. Do you know who there competitors are? I also see that CY fled a statement showing that they owned 3,434243 shares and sold 686,849 shares(20%) this past week.
