Newly, thanks, but $0.01 - $0.012 per share is still too expensive. I see that both IBG and Trade Station reduce their commissions by 50% for trades over 500 shares ($0.005 - $0.006, respectively), but, with Trade Station, that's not a 'flat rate' .... they still get you for the first 500 shares on every trade.
Does IBG do the same? That can really add up when trading 50,000 shares/day with an average ticket size of 500 - 1000 shares (50+ trades per day).
Are you familiar with "Track Trade"? They charge a flat $0.005 per share and $1 per contract for equity options. Not bad. (the best 'advertised' rate I found on the internet) Although, they haven't been in the brokerage business very long, and, I have no idea how reliable they are.
Again, I appreciate your input. Hopefully I won't have to transfer my account. I've been very happy there for nearly 10 years.
