I am referring to the 150+ shares issued and outstanding that are ALREADY in COMMON SHARE float....these will all come crashing into market as those holders will want to get the F$#%% out as fast as they can before they get hit with a R/S...common sense my friend...I even made a post from RM link on stage 5 issues...

now THE PFD HOLDERS yes that's a different issue and I am not talking about those...not that many...its the 150+ common shares that people will want to unload on new bagholders.
