Have you thought ahead to all the current shareholders that have millions of shares (I know several that hold very large amount of shares) and just look at financials of the stock issued for services...
so end of day after IVS gets control the 150+ million shares will all come crashing into the market because those HOLDERS know what the new company will do...R/S..so you can buy all the shares you want because the large mass of current holders will be dumping to get out while they have a last chance.
